Actor & Director
John Druzba is a dynamic character actor and director. He has a "younger Clark Gregg" or "young Robert Duvall" look with a "Will Forte personality." He moved from upstate NY to Manhattan and 2003 and is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA & AEA since 2016.
John trained at BADA's Shakespeare summer at Oxford as well as HB Studio and Barrow Group in New York City.
John Druzba worked on NBC's innovative variety show Maya & Marty as Martin Short's primary stand-in, and later went on to be prominently featured on SNL for 7 years. He has plenty of live 3-cam experience and training.
Comedy & Improv:
An Upright Citizen's Brigade grad (UCB), he has been on several indy improv teams and once produced a one-man comedy show that sold out at the PIT Loft.
John has directed several short films, and stage scenes including "Walls," an award winning amateur mobile short, as well as Frankie & Johnny in the Clair de Lune and The Play That Goes Wrong at HB Studio, NYC.
John has taught social style swing dance of various styles since 2000. He has participated in social style competitions in Bop in Canada, Lindy Hop at Lincoln Center, and Boogie Woogie at Boogie Feets.
